In the video below, I’m singing the aria “Se al ciglio lusinghiero,” from the opera Siroe, re di Persia by Johann Adolph Hasse. This piece was composed in the first half of the eighteenth century and was first sung by the famous male soprano Farinelli.
In the following video, I’m singing “J’ai perdu mon Eurydice,” a contemporaneous French translation of Christoph Willibald von Gluck’s famous aria, “Che farò senza Euridice?” from Orfeo ed Euridice.
